Go in large groups and be nice. Food is usually decent, but not top ten. I actually think the worst part is the other patrons - every time I've been there, people are noisy and rude! I feel bad for the servers! No wonder they don't refill drinks, that job must be terrible.

Good place for large groups though because then you get to be the noisy ones. Please be nice to your server and they will get you what you want!
