Best tire Store in Hood River. Everyone @ les schwab has always treated me and my family Like I was part of their family...No kidding, once I was out of town for the weekend when my wife got a flat tire by multinomah falls, she had no money on her and no spare tire, I called the manager there and they sent a employee with a rim and tire to get her back on the road, Then told her to have me come settle the bill up when I was back in town!!!!!! Awesome, where else can you get this Type of service anymore????

FRIENDLY PERSONEL , EXPERT SERVICE. Ive been to the hood river les schwabs many times over the years, always quality , the best part is if we have a problem when traveling around the west we always have a local lesschwab shop somewhere nearby .

was travelind once in california and we needed a batery , we pulled in to the schwabs store in redding, they warrantied the battery which was 1 year old and they called our hood river store and the warranty was confirmed. Just cant beat the service.

The warranty is junk. On one occasion, I had a tire that went bad. The company used actual miles on the tire to determine warranty, rather than tire measurement. When I insisted that the tire (100,000 mile tire) did not have 60,000 miles left due to existing tread, the statement from the Les Schwab employee was that tires last longer as they wear down.

The next time I had a problem, the company insisted that tire measurement had to be used, rather than actual mileage, for warranty work. On both occasions, the result was that I was charged more than if the policy were followed in my favor. Yep... Smart fellas. I won't buy another tire, wheel, battery, or lug nut from these folks. Too bad, too, because a few years ago there was not a better tire store, and have spent literally thousands of dollars there over the past 20 years.

Love the service and convenience. They have done great repairs on several of our vehicles as well as regular tire changes/repairs. While the service is great, the wait can sometimes be very long even with an appointment. Will continue to be a loyal customer because the service, attitudes and customer commitment can't be beat.
