My husband recently ordered a Malone trailer from the Kayak Shed in order to haul our kayaks. Within days we got a call that it was in and available for pick up. My husband also ordered a gear box at the same time to mount on the trailer. While assembling the trailer my husband discovered there was no convenient place on the trailer to mount the gear box. He called the Kayak Shed and they said they would be happy to refund his money for the gear box if he decided to bring it back (as it turns out he found a place to mount it). We have had our trailer out on several occasions so far and we love the convenience of loading and unloading (we also get lots of ohhh's and ahhh's from our friends:) Thank you Kayak Shed for great customer service and quality merchandise!
